A new look and feel for the journal.   Ready for a new start?

I know I know, I haven't updated the journal in an eternity.  Even my cousin Joe and my neighbor Fredlet have been complaining.   Ok, here's some big news...

I've added a second webcam in my cube!!!  It's a different angle and you should be able to see more action like foot traffic and visitors to my cube area.  Check it out!

New OFFICE CAM 2!!!    

Let me know what you guys think of the new cam.  The refresh rate seems to be slightly slower than my other cam, but it's still pretty good.

OH!  More big news, David Presswell from the BBC sent me an email telling me that the segment they did on me and my website will be airing on February 6th.  Unfortunately they couldn't get me a video tape copy of the segment so I will need to try to ask someone to try to tape it for me.

Here's part of the email from David:

"I wanted to let you know that the film Tom and I shot in November is due to be screened on BBC 2 at 7.10pm, Saturday 6th February. The film is 15' long, and going out as part the BBC Foreign Current Affairs series, Correspondent. That's the plan at the moment, though the series is topical so it could possibly be postponed if a more topical story came up.

As for copies, I am afraid I am now working for another company and in no better position to make copies than anyonelse in Britain with a VHS so - if you can - do try and pursuade someone over here to tape it for you. As a fall back, I will try, if I can, to get one copy and send it to you."

Thanks David and Tom!   It was really fun taping the segment and I can't wait to see how it turned out.   

If there's anyone out there who gets the BBC and can manage to tape the segment on VHS format, I would greatly appreciate it.   I don't have access to BBC Television, sniff.

Any Ally McBeal fans out there?   I love that show and I especially love Ling, the character played by actress Lucy Liu.   She is so awesome.   I found a great website with lots of pictures of Lucy Liu.  

Here's a picture of her in the upcoming picture, Payback with Mel Gibson.  He's pretty yummy.   I loves me some Mel Gibson.
