The Latest News - December 6 - December 13, 1998

Here you will find the latest breaking news on what's going on in my life. It may not be very interesting, but it's about me so it's gotta be worth reading, right? (Ha ha)

Big news guys, now that Dreamweaver 2.0 has shipped (and with HUGE success I might add) I am now on vacation for the rest of the year.  No way!  Yes way!  So what the heck am I going to do with myself?!  Well, I have my first golf lesson this coming Tuesday.  Hopefully it won't rain on me!  Then I plan to try to take up Tae Kwon Do again, nothing like taking a little beating for the holidays.  And of course, finishing up my Christmas shopping.

Speaking of Christmas shopping, I've added a few items to my Christmas List.  I've also added another online store to the list too.   You can create your own Gift Registry on CD Now so people can shop for you online.   Sample and pick your own CDs, then add them to your Wishlist.

But now that I'm on vacation, I won't be on the OfficeCam anymore.   Hmmm, does this mean I'll be on the HomeCam again?!   Well, we'll see.   I'll be out and about a lot this holiday season and I don't even know how often I'll be online.  No big vacations planned yet though so keep your fingers crossed.   Hopefully the Journal won't suffer too much.

I decided to put my Christmas List online to make it easier for my friends and family to shop for me this year.  Actually I guess this would count for my birthday list as well since my birthday is just around the corner, on January 7th.

I put several items from different stores and people can order them online and have them shipped directly to me.  I think this is a pretty convenient way for everyone to shop.  In fact, I've made a list of online stores for people to check out in case you want to make your own Christmas List online:

Did you all hear about the big power outage in the San Francisco Bay Area yesterday?    Ugh! No electricity = no hair dryer = seriously jacked up hair all day!!!

So our network was down for most of the morning but I survived.   I believe my web site was down in the morning too but I didn't even check it.  Did y'all miss me?  The cam was down too obviously.  All the better since my hair was seriously jacked UP!

Ok, enough about my hair.  What else is going on?  I've been thinking about taking golf lessons this month since I have some vacation time coming up.  I've never played golf before but a lot of my friends play so I tought it'd be fun to take it up.

I need to get a few shouts out to my buddies that I've been neglecting over the past few weeks:

Mare:  Wassup girlfriend?!  Thanks for being so supportive over the past several months and especially that one night when I was getting all freaky before "the dinner".  You really helped calm my nerves and yes, I survived.

Yvonne:  Hope we can get together again soon.  Dinner last time was fun. And thank you for caring and showing your support.  You always seemed to know when I needed a little encouragement.

Dave Lau: Miss our daily chats.  You always had the scoop on me.  And vice versa?  Hee hee.

Cynthia:  How's life treating you?  Now that I'm "out there" you need to get out there too. You know what I'm talking about girl!

Tracy: Hey you!   When are you coming up the Northern Cali again?  We need to cause some serious trouble together

Ian:  Yo yo, wassup man?!  You be slackin on the journal thang yourself mah brotha.  I need my daily dose of freakiness too.

Aaron: Give Bob the duck a great big kiss for me!  And then pour some Peking sauce on him cuz, damn, I'm hungry! Muhuwahahaha!

JD: Almost!  Hee hee. Miss you!

Hmmm, it would appear that I'm averaging about one journal entry a week these days.  Not a very good track record eh?  Well, maybe my life is just that boring.  Or maybe I just have nothing to say.  Me?  Nothing to say? No, definitely not possible.  But since Tis the Season to be of good cheer and not rail on people and flame all the losers of the earth, I thought I'd take a break.  At least for a few days or so.

Hey did you guys know that the latest version of Macromedia's Dreamweaver is now available?  You can download the free trial version of Dreamweaver 2.0!!   No lie!  This is what I use to design all my web pages.   Check it out:

Do you guys ever read my Guestbook?  Man, there are some really wacked out people out there.  Sometimes I can't even understand what the heck they are saying.  I mean it's nice if people give you accolades and compliments but geez, some of them are just plain freaky.   Seems like more and more of them recently too.   Has someone been dipping into the eggnogg a wee bit early perhaps?
