Quick update...
I'm ba-ack!!   The Office Cam is back online! I love my new job!  Everyone at the company gets a television at their desk.  How cool is that?

So it's official, I've accepted the offer and they're doing the paperwork and getting my cubicle ready for me!   Yay!   I'll be getting a laptop too.  Hmmm, wonder if I should buy my own Ricochet?  It's really cool to be able to connect from anywhere remotely.

Anyway, I'm pretty excited.  I may be starting as soon as Monday. It'll be nice to be working again.  I think I've had enough of the slacker lifestyle.

Apparently a LOT of people saw the article in the SF Chronicle last Friday.  I guess it was a bigger deal than the webcam article I was in since they actually had a picture of me in this one.      

I also did a radio talk show on Sunday nite.   That was pretty fun.   The show was in New York so I just spoke with the host over the phone.   It's called "On the Job with Steve Viscusi".    This wasn't the first radio show I've done.   I did one a couple years ago when my webcam was starting to get really popular.  I was really nervous back then though.   It's different being in a studio with a big microphone in front of you and all these people sitting around, knowing that you are live on the radio.

I was telling Mare that I'm not phased by this stuff anymore.  I actually forgot to get copies of the NY Times and SF Chronicle articles.   But I do have the online versions.    I figured it's the same thing.

So what have I been doing with all my free time?  Well playing one too many computer games, that's for sure.  The first few weeks I was playing a lot of Quake Team Arena with Dave Lau and Lance.   But the past week we've been seriously into Starcraft.   We had some pretty intense battles with Dave Lau, DKSF, Russell, Randall and Gary.   Last nite I stayed up til 4am playing with Dave L. and Russell.   Not good.  I've got to get back into regular sleeping habits if I'm gonna start working soon.

Yesterday on a whim I decided to buy a new purse.  I ended up buying two Kate Spade purses, different styles, different colors.  I held off on buying a third one.  Didn't want to get too silly, although I was tempted by the red purses.   I bought a black Kate Spade wallet to go with the purses though.

I got the messenger bag but in a blue-grey color.

And the traditional "sam" bag in black. Not sure why it's called that.
